If I make it before shabbos I find it soggy. I remember someone saying they did it on the hot plate? How? Or how else without it getting soggy

I do this on YT but not shabbos because I put it on frozen and go back to mix it throughout.

I would serve it room temp. Otherwise it will be mushy.

Ended up sticking it in the oven on 200 covered till the meal and it was perfect
