I’m curious to see what the average women eats on a daily basis. Breakfast lunch dinner and snacks.
I will start:
Breakfast:
1 Whole wheat bread with avacado. 1 egg with American cheese.
Snack: tangerine
Lunch:
Large salad with turkey breadt and whole wheat croutons
Snack: not sure yet, probably fruit
Dinner:
Roasted union garlic soup
Baked chicken bottom
Sautéed Spinach and mushrooms

My plan for today:
Celery/cucumber juice,
fresh raw turnip,
fresh raw pepper,
fresh romaine lettuce,
a handful of pre-soaked almonds,
2-3 medjool dates,
sprouted lentils,
tea,
water,
fresh squeezed apple juice ices.

ETA- this is average for me, but I'm probably not your ''average woman''.

I just restarted my diet today after a bit of a break. As you can see I'm not doing too well! Doing ww and you can eat as much eggs and fish as you want.

Cereal (med bowl) and skimmed milk.
nectarines - about 3
lunch - zoodles, homemade tomato sauce, and 3 eggs.
small choc bar (4 squares)
a few pistatchio nuts
2 chocolate biscuits.
some cherry tomatoes
carrot sticks
1 twizzler
2 pcs salmon, roast butternut squash and salad.

Will have some more fruit and possibly another unhealthy snack if I have enough in my allowance for the day.

Yesterday: (pre diet - you can see why I need to be on a diet)
1 large bowl of cheerios and skimmed milk
2 kilk chocolate bars (40g each)
2 choc chip buns.
1 pc toast, butter and 3 eggs
spaghetti and meatballs (I did put a lot of veggies in the sauce)
4 twizzlers
1 bag gushers
fruit roll up

I eat a ton. ( I exercise a lot too and I guess I have a fast metabolism so thank G-d I'm fit.)

Today:
Coffee
Cheerios
Banana
Orange
Half a donut twist (my husband brought it home for me; couldn't resist)
Pepper and carrots with hummus
Pesek zman

Dinner will be mushroom barley soup, tilapia, and maybe some veggies.
I'll probably snack on something later this evening.

If you add everything up calorie wise it’s acyually not a lot! It comes out to about 1400 - 1500 calories. Just a rough estimate.
