Breakfast:
Instant oatmeal
Homemade fruit smoothie (coconut milk, strawberry-banana, blackberry, blueberry)
Handful rice Chex

Lunch:
One of the following:
Falafel in pita
Tuna salad
Lox salad
Peanut butter and jelly sandwich

Snack:
Spelt crackers
1 or 2 baked item (cookie, cake or croissant)

Dinner:
Chicken soup with lukshen

And a rotation of the following:
Baked: burgers, chicken, schnitzel, fresh salmon, chicken stir fry

Not a specific diet, this is what I randomly grabbed to eat today...

Banana

Two sandwiches of whole wheat bread with smart balance

Nibbled on my kids food ;-)

Some supper- not a ton (Sweet and sour chicken and rice)

And lots of diet Snapple :-)

I’ve been on a low carb food plan since last May. Changed to high fat low carb in October or so. I eat 75% fat, 20% protein, 5 % carbs

So vegetables, meat and fat in various forms

ww pita, sardines and pickles

meat lasagna

yes I know that's 4 meals Smile

also tasted the pancakes I made for my kids, and a small handful of chocolate chips

Breakfast-Scone pastry, coffee, 2-3 honey cookies
snack strawberries, blueberries
lunch cheese and veggie wrap
snack chips
dinner don't know yet, going out so probably I'll stuff myself.

I'm very active and eat lots of carbs LOL

Breakfast: fruit smoothie
Lunch: half a potato blintz, big veg salad w hard boiled egg
Snack: almonds, 2 oatmeal choc chip squares, chocolate, pringles (my weakness)
Trying not to eat more before supper...
Supper: salmon, broccoli quiche, sweet pptatoes, canned pineapple

oh my. You don't wanna know.

2/3 of a whole challah. Yes I said a whole challah. That's what I had for breakfast/lunch. About 25 chocolate chips as a snack.
Supper I had 3 chicken nuggets, 4 thin slices of deli/turkey. A bite of onion kugel.

drinks:
3 coffees
3 cups water with apple juice.

Oy just feeling rusty and anxious today and not dealing with it well.

Breakfast: 2 cinnamon maple waffles, 1/2 mango
Lunch: 2 hardboiled eggs, sauteed butternut squash noodles
Handful sweet popcorn
Starvation set in around 3 as I did not manage to eat half the noodles.. some potato salad and a cheese blintz from work.
1 tiny pack acai blueberry chocolate
Dinner:
Leftover pineapple chicken and rice
Tea biscuits and tea

This is fun to write down Very Happy

Hey moms! They title says 'be honest'! I don't get it- don't you guys pig out ever?! Am I the only one left fressing babkas and ice cream?! I'm not thin. Don't care. Not huge.thnk gd. I like healthy food. But it must be complemented with the good stuff!!
