Licensed OT moving toward alternative health, while staying up to date with current mainstream health. This means double the training and double the investigation.
My specialty is women's health (including pelvic floor and emotions stuck in the body).

As far as I know OTs don’t do pelvic floor, that’s a PT specialty.

I am surprised to see such low numbers on therapy and mental health. Every other Jewish graduating college girl is going for social work, PT, OT or Speech therapy .

Offer to do someone's house for free with the right to take and publish pictures. People will come and admire the home that you designed and want to book you for themselves.

Some design students volunteer for organizations such as Habitat for Humanity or similar organizations that sets up homes for formerly homeless people and they get experience and exposure that way.

Anyone want to volunteer? I'm in Israel, maybe it's a harder market here?

Lol! You learn something new every day. If you need to, you can ask your state to email you the regulations in your state.
I'm in NY state. I have an email from Albany stating that pelvic floor is within our scope of practice.

I'm very interested in any and all stuff related to emotions stuck in the body. When I have a chance, I will start a s/o to inquire about details.
