Do any of you who do your own sheitels use a curling wand? I like the more wavy look as opposed to curls. Do you find that the waves/curls last as long? Also, is it safe to use high temperatures (above 400 degrees) on a sheitel or will the heat damage it? Because many curling wands come with one preset temperature as opposed to the irons which are adjustable temperatures. I find them simpler to use as there is no clamp to deal with and it's less tight curls.
Please tell me the pros and cons of both a wand and an iron and if you can recommend a specific brand, please put in a link.
Thank you so much!
