thank you ladies, you are amazing!!!

I go to a center and try to follow thw ww your way programme.

I live in europe but I believe that this programme is almost identical everywhere.

basically its portion size control, healthy food choices but in theory you could eat everything even chocolate...

I have no secrets to share . my coach is really nice and motivates us every week, I think thats very important.

my goal is to be 65 kg. I still have 8 kg to go.

the beginning is usually easier than the rest of the jurney and its hard not to regain the lost weight...

anyone else on ww?

Iโ€™ve been on my own journey this year and have learned the following:

If you plateau, work through it and donโ€™t let it frustrate you. Thatโ€™s how we learn to maintain.

Whatever the programme is or however it works for you, donโ€™t cheat. It wonโ€™t work if you donโ€™t keep doing it. If you can eat chocolate in theory go ahead and eat it, but not unless you do whatever else you have to do to make it work. Eating chocolate off your plan wonโ€™t work. Eating it on plan, will.

Iโ€™ve lost 60 plus pounds and still need to lose about 130. But the two truths above, I know to be truth.

Wow, you are amazing! 24 pounds in 12 weeks in beyond fantastic. I'm in a similar boat as you. On my own weight loss journey. Lost about 13 pounds since succos. It's a long hard road. While my dh is also supportive he had never needed to lose weight in his life so he can't really understand the struggle. Though I'm not doing it now I've done ww twice in the pay and have had great success with it. Keep up the good work. You can do it!
