I just started ww a week ago and weigh in day is tomorrow. I really hope I lost. I love the new plan (as much fish, chicken/turkey breast, pulses etc as you want as well as fruit and veg) but I hope it is effective for me. Are you doing the new plan, OP? (asking because they may stagger rollout in different countries)

Wow, how awesome is that!
Can you share a little what foods have helped you and what your menu is like for breakfast and lunch and dinner?
Wishing you continued success.

I am a lifetime ww member and I think your weight loss is amazing!!

It took me 6 months to loose 25 lbs so I can't imagine how to did that in 12 weeks!

I became a ww lifetime member 15 years ago. At first I kept off the weight for a few years. After having kids, change of lifestyle, I gained but was always able to loose again if I went back to counting points. I really feel that its the only way to do it. Its not a diet, its a way of life.

Op, you are motivating me because I have put on some weight and just can't seem to commit myself to sticking with ww these days. Sounds like you have good support in Europe! Good for you!! I hope I can join you in seeing success soon!

cant we make a diet support group, just providing tips, support, encouragement, maybe even dietetic recipes?
