I'm making the pepper steak from the Bais Yaakov cookbook. It says to bake covered at 350 for two hours. Is there any way I can speed up the cooking time, with it still tasting good? Like, any chance I can raise the temp, and it'll only need 1 hour and 15 minutes to cook? Thanx
