Thinking of schools for my daughter. Looking for something with a good English and limudei kodesh department where there is an emphasis on middos. The girls are happy there. Fine families.

What type are you? In my opinion, Bais Rachel is chasidish. Not aligned with a specific chasidus, but not litvish at all. New Bais Yakov - yeshivish. Very young parent body. Somewhat “shtady” - not really the simple yeshivish type.

How about Yeshiva of Spring Valley?
There are so many schools here so if you tell us what your family is like I can try to guide you better.

OP we need more details, are you chassidish, litvish, other?? If chassidish, what chassidus? What type are you??
I'd advise you to stay away from Bais Rochel.

I never heard that! Bais Rochel is a great school and it has a high school too so you don't have to apply to high school, what a mechayah.
It does cater to a chassidish or very yeshivish crowd though. So it might not be for you.

Seriously ????I've been a parent through the school system throughout high school and have no clue what you are talking about!

Also people seem to be happy lately with Bnos Derech Yisroel. I think they have changed a lot for the better. They are a heimish/ Chasidish geshtimt school with decent education as far as Chasidish schools go.
