Trying to use a size chart to order a dress online. Says to measure waist and hips, which is nice. But right now I have a very flabby stomach that comes out above the hips and below the waist. Am I measuring my waist in the wrong place? The size guide says to find the waist by bending to the side and seeing where you bend. That's above my bulge. There's no measurement to put in for the fattest part of you. Should I just put the fattest part number instead of the waist? Or should I switch to weight loss forum first?
