This is one of the things I have always wanted but will never buy: https://www.houzz.com/product/.....D_BwE
Not exactly like this, but a colorful fabric stool thing. They make them also larger. Maybe I will make one for me:)

Scented and decorative soaps for the bathroom
Im Eshakacheich for the wall - if you know her taste
Ceramic decoration for outside the apartment
A pretty wall-hanging shelf
New cookbook
Boardgame for the kids + adult boardgame
Juicer
Though it sounds like you already do a lot for her. Maybe you should let her be the one to give the beautiful gifts, and you can bring something that is thoughtful and tasteful but not "wow"

I rather not give her a gift certificate because she puts a lot of thought and care into everything she does for me.
Figure she is married about twelve years with a huge family. I can't imagine since her chassunah, she has been able to buy any thing just because it is pretty and nice. Everything is practical and for her family.
I would like to get her a splurge. |
At that point in life I thinka new shabbos tablecloth would be a nice splurge. I just don't think everybody likes lace (regarding the wall of China tablecloth suggestion). Make sure she can exchange size of necessary.

Where are you located?
I have a client in Boro park that sells gifts for the home, including personalized doormats and tablecloths. (And plenty of other options)
They do ship.
I'm sure that every other gift store in Boro park also ships. I just have a connection to this one (you can pm me for their number)

What kind of price range? Is it a little durable?
She has very many little kids close in age.
I have a loose weave tablecloth. Anyone who puts their elbows on the table is in danger of pulling on the weave.

Find something durable or treated to keep stains away. It's just an idea but if it doesn't work for her to with the door mat.

The faux leather tablecloths are a nice splurge. Very practical for a young family, you just wipe them off, no stains.

They are stunning. She has kids from a babe in arms up to a tween and some less than a year apart - none more than a year and a half.
Would you get this for someone with a lots of young kids spaced close together?

If she's in a duplex, then a doormat might be OK. If she's in a building, most do not allow doormats, as it impedes cleaning the hallway.
Assuming that your friend uses internet, I'd go with an Amazon Echo (plays radio, plays news, plays whatever you want) with a bunch of smart plugs that can be used instead of traditional timers for Shabbat and Yom Tov.
Mezuzah cases with klaf since its a bigger place.
New washing cup and towels.

Unless you live in a community where people put plastic covers over tablecloths, I wouldn't. She'd probably either not use it, or worry when she uses it.

A fancy set of linen is a beautiful gift. It could completely change the look of a room and could last a long time.

The good news is her dining room isn't her everything room anymore.

I would buy it for her master bedroom. But a children’s room could also get transformed by a nice set of linen.
It’s something you will overlook to buy if money is tight but would love love in real life.
