I made an adorable one when I got married. I will see if I still have the picture.
oriental trading sells bride and groom favor bags you could fill with small chocolates or mints.

You could do this with a bottle of wine:

These are adorable though expensive:

You could also buy the mini plastic top hats, and fill with homemade biscotti or cinnamon twists.

You could put everything on a mirrored charger, and wrap in tulle.

We did this like 20 years ago, so not sure if it's still the style. We filled ice buckets with rock candy and stuck a bottle of grape juice or wine in there. And then we glue-gunned those cheap plastic champagne glasses to either side and filled those with candy /chocolate /nuts. We wrapped it all in cellophane. Was a real hit. My kids were a choson and Kallah. Our purim cards that we attached to the shalach manos was in a bencher format... Said mazkeres mesimchas purim shel... My kids names

We did something theme least yeast add my kids all dressed up as brides. We used favor boxes similar to the ones linked here. Filed the bride with mini marshmallows and the groom with chocolate covered cookie bites (can use any small chocolate covered candy). We out them in a cellophane bag together with black and white cookies a ring pop and bride and groom chocolate covered pretzels that I made (similar to these https://www.google.com/search?.....zcgM: ). It came out really cute (if I may say so myself)

Don't send that to any single friends. Purim is hard enough when you're single.

we did this some years ago:

a small challah dressed in organza kallahdress, raisins were the eyes etc.) a small bottle of wine with a hat the 'chussn'...

a small white organza bag with a candybracelet and candywatch and a tag 'jichudroomgifts'

the card was a wedding invitation style card

in a dollarstore I got very cheap wedding decoration (rings, heart shaped boxes for chocolate etc)

chussn and challeh were liked by all friends Smile

No stable single will be thrown into a tailspin if they receive such a mishloach manos. I think they would feel worse if they are forced to get a different package under the guise of sensitivity.

I wouldn't send it to anyone.

No one except you cares that you just got married. Literally.

Wow, that's harsh! Firstly OP never said she was just married. I happen to have done this theme last year when I was married for 9 years and had 5 kids. My kids wanted to dress up as kallahs so that's what we did. Since when does a chosson kallah theme mean OP just got married?
Secondly, if OP is newly married it's very likely that she is sending MM to her family and close friends who actually might care and still be excited for her.

Oliveoil, why do you assume she's newly married? I did this theme for the past 2 years my girls dresses as kallahs. I don't think a newly married couple would give a chosson kalla themed Shlach manos.

Don't build a shalach manos around the fact that you got married or any other thing about your personal life. It's only important to you.

I got married 3 days before purim, the purim seuda was one of our sheva brochos. If I had given shalach manos that year and thought of it I definitely would have done this
