Does anyone have a delicious parve (mocha/ coffe) cookie recipe that calls for cappuccino chips? It should be kid friendly. Any good recipe requiring cappuccino chips would be great!
Thank you

I would use a basic chocolate chip cookie recipe and use the mocha chips with or instead of the chocolate chips. If you want a mocha flavored cookie too, add a little coffee to the batter.

King Arthur flour has a recipe called double dark mocha drops and looks exactly what you're looking for. It calls for butter but u can easily subsitute it for margarine.
