I’m biased since my daughter is Nava. However if it helps, one of the reasons we named her that was because the only Nava either of us knew was super smiley and upbeat and Bh this child is for the most part pretty smile my Smile

Eliana is my favorite name. I wanted to use it so badly for my DD, but DH vetoed it.

Naava is my favorite, but spell it Naava or Naavah, not Nava which I'm afraid can get pronounced Nayva / neigh-vah.
Eliana next. A little too trendy right now I think. Dd will probably have three or four other Eliana's in her class or bunk but it's pretty.
Don't care for Maya. It makes me think of certain ethnicities, but doesn't sound like a Jewish name. Is it? I'm very into names and don't necessarily give my kids names from Tanach, but the name has to have some connection to Hebrew.

I feel the same. Maya is a gentle, lovely sounding name but it is very 'international' sounding to my ears and not distinctly Jewish or Hebrew.
I like Na'ava and Eliana about equally.

I know this doesn't help, but I like all three! Maya is nice for a baby born while we are praying for rain here in Israel. Elianna just has a nice ring to it, and Naava is beautiful.

Just wanted to say, I'm a bit of a pronunciation nudnik, but the name Nava, in Hebrew, has a silent alef - נאוה. It's not pronounced as far as I know. There is no vowel under it. It's like the alef in the word Rosh (ראש)
So it shouldn't really be pronounced Na'ava. Just Nava.
And I do like the name.

Both are really nice. If I had to choose, I would pick Eliana, but Maya is a lovely name too, and it's your choice to decide which feels best.
