I think I notice tiny bumps in my daughter's breast area is this at all normal at this she?
She very thin and normal sized

Take her to pediatrician first. S/he may send her to an endocrinologist for a full workup.

You only "think" you noticed "tiny" bumps. Tiny is normal.

More like mounds then bumps that would be normal
