I just got a two pack of tnuva sheep feta at costco and would love to freeze one for pesach, but it doesn't explicitly say kosher le pesach. Do any of the Israeli Imamothers know if it gets a special hashgacha for pesach or if it is (as many cheeses are) KLP the year round??

As far as I know cheeses or any foods for that matter need a specific Kosher l-Pesach, but as always- ask you LOR.

My LOR is not in Israel (nor am I) which is why I was asking Israelis.

It's processed and needs passover certification.

In Israel, they stamp dairy products with כשל"פ (which stands for kosher l'pesach) where they stamp the expiration date.
If it's not stamped there, it's not kosher for pesach.

Similarly in the USexcept in English.
There's a lot of processing and additives in cheeses.
