I'm debating if I should get my therapist MM. I recently started seeing her and I'm scheduled to see her again on taanis Esther. I just don't know if it's ethical or not. Any suggestions? And if I do give wwy get, a gift a homemade thing or maybe nice box of chocolate?

according to law I believe therapists are allowed to accept small gifts just not large ones so it probably is legal but I wouldn't.

Ginger you shouldn’t feel pressured in any way but it’s a nice gesture and if it will make you feel good you def should.

Thanks for your input. I'm still not sure what I'll do. if I wouldn't go on taanis Esther I would skip it but being that it's erev purim I just felt that maybe it's the right thing to do. Being that I don't know her well enough because I recently started seeing her I wasnt sure if she'll appreciate it. So I needed to know if it's an exceptable think to do and I guess I'll take it from there.
