I have heard that they don't work well and that they're MAD expensive.

My ds has had them for the past 2 years and they work great! They have the advantage of being removed for meals and toothbrushing. It really improved his appearance. It was expensive but insurance covered part of it and we also didn't have the decay that metal braces can cause.

I desperately need them. I stopped wearing my retainer in may of 2005. My teeth have totally moved. It annoys the heck out of me. Imagine the perfect teeth and that was me.
