I make every kind of kugel in muffin pans -- much easier and prettier to serve at the shabbos table...make one batch of each kind, freeze 'em and then mix and match when company comes. My pareve corn muffin recipe is pretty close to the one just posted here, with the creamed corn -- though I started just using soy milk in my regular recipe when I discovered how much creamed corn costs in Israel!!
