Friday night tsimmes
as inspired by TzenUrena

bag of carrots, washed or baby carrots
OJ
salt, to taste
tsp each cinnamon & ginger

You plop your carrots into a med. sized pot and cover with orange juice. Cook over low heat about an hour. Along the way, smash with fork or potato masher. Add your seasonings.

Serve hot and enjoy !
