I made a meat lasagna last week that went over well-
1 lb chopped meat
1 box lasagna noodles ( the kind that you dont have to pre cook)
1 onion
1 can of mushrooms
1 1/2 jars of garlic flavored marinara sauce
Spices
Sautee an onion add the meat and sautee untill meat is cooked through (add w/e spices you like). Mix in 1 jar of sauce and a can of mushrooms. Layer the noodles and meat mixture in a 9x13 pan. End with a layer of noodles and top with 1/2 jar of sauce, bake for about an hour at 350.

How about salmon patties-
1 can of salmon
egg
spices
mayo
matza meal
Bread Crumbs
Mix salmon with and egg, spices, heaping tbsp of mayo and a sprinkle of matza meals, Form into patties and coat in bread crumbs. I then spray them and bake in the oven for abour 30 minutes on 350- or you can pan fry them.

I hope you like it! I really liked it - the wine gave it good flavor.
Tonight we're either gonna go out for pizza or I'll make turkey wraps and soup.

Does anyone have a recipe for cottage cheese latkes? I want to make them tonite. I am guessing cheese, eggs, vanilla a little flour and a little sugar, but if anyone has proportions or measurements that would be really helpful.
Thanks!

cottage cheese (.5 lb per batch)
milk
matzah meal
oil
cinnamon
sugar
experiment. base it on the amount of cheese. it's more pancake, less cheese. little oil. serve with applesauce.
