it sure does beat an angry rebuke
I'm sure there are those who might not agree
and would prefer to see me
pack up and flee.

(I know that tribute and rebuke don't really rhyme, but you try rhyming tribute!)

If your point is that I'm a pathetic person who wastes too much time here, it's well taken. The truth is, over 1500 of my posts have been kugel recipes.

And, for the record, the only recipe I've seen you post was for a meat mush dessert pie.

Time for me to pipe in again to thank you all for your nice posts. I can't wait to see what you'll do when I hit 2100! Oh, I already have! Now where's that 2100th post thread?
J/K, don't worry. You people are too kind. I'm all choked up.  (I know that isn't the all choked up emoticon, but it came close. And that one hardly ever gets used, so I thought I'd take him out for a spin.)
