Where can I bring nice, used clothe to?

I live in Brooklyn and have some clothe to give away. They are used but still in nice condition. (Stained and washed outh cloth I threw out already)
Does anyone know who deals with this and forwards it to needy families?

I know a lady, or she at least used to, who does everything herself and sends it to Israel. I have to find out her number.
