HI.

Does anyone have a zucchini kugel recipe that tastes like potato kugel?
I know there is such a recipe but I have no idea where to find it. I would like to make it for shabbos - please respond!!

Theres one in the purple spice and spirit cook book, I like to mix, using around 6 med potatoes and 2 zucchinni, follow regular potato kugel recipe - comes out great! good luck!

I'm not sure about the measurements, but we grew tons of zucchini this summer so I made zucchini/potato kugel quite a bit. DH doesn't even like zucchini and he couldn't tell that it was in the kugel.

Zucchini
carrot
potatoes
onions
salt
pepper
eggs
flour
baking powder

Shred the carrots, potatoes, zucchini. Sautee the onions. Mix all the ingredients in a mixing bowl and bake at 350.

Thanks for the replies! I am actually looking for an ALL zucchini recipe - in other words, no potato mixed in.
I know it exists!!!!

I make the same recipe, but without potatoes and carrots. Just use the zucchini! It's not going to taste like potato, but it does taste very good.

Sorry, no.
I never measure anything unless I'm following a recipe. This I made up myself.
