Can you freeze sponge cake for passover. I have frozen yeast cakes but never sponge cake has anyone tried.

I freeze all my pesach cakes. they're just fine.

No reason why not. There is so much to make for pesach. You cant make a cake on demand, when you need it. I make all my cakes before pesach and just freeze it.Comes out perfect
