I am due with twins soon G-d willing and have a toddler.

Which carriage is best/worst? Any other ideas other than the ones listed:

1. Valco double with seat
2. Triple Inglesina http://www.babyage.com/product.....r.htm

3. Triple side by side http://www.babyage.com/product.....r.htm

Or any double and attach a step and pray that toddler doesn't run off.....

Any other ideas?

How old is the toddler? I think the Valco with the seat too would be your best option, but if your toddler is 3-ish as opposed to 2-ish, you may not even need that.

your toddler will be going to school eventually and then you'll be stuck with a triple stroller. if you get the valco with the seat then when your toddler goes off to school you'll still have a greatdouble stroller.

and forget about putting a step behind the double I did that and ended up with a pulled muscle. in my chest. water went in and I couldnt breath... because I strained myselve pushing the double. like that. and there is nothing u can do about that. so dont even try that.

I say u put on a kiddie leash on your toddler. or squish him in with the other two.

This is the first forum that I've heard positive things about the valco. Most other women claim it's a real tough one to wheel. I tried pushing it too and found it clumsy.

Nobody here found that?

I think a triple will be a million times clumsier!
And yeah, he will outgrow strollers soon enough... then what?

or, how about getting a reg. double with the BuggyPod?

It's a seat that attaches to most carriages, on the side. And it folds up when not in use.
Then when toddler is big enough, you can remove it.

Definitely don't get a triple, you'll regret it! The toddler will go to playgroup/school and you'll be stuck wheeling around a triple stroller! doubles are clumsy enough, don't make it harder on yourself. Either get the valco with the seat, or a double with some sort of buggy board attached.

Depends how old the toddler will be when the babies are born. If the older child is closer to one, and you can envisage yourself having 3 kids stay home with you for the next 2 years, then I agree that a triple is what you need.

My older one was just two when my twins were born. I pushed all 3 of them in my big pram/carriage/whatever you call it for the first 3 months, until the babies got too big to share. Then I got a double. My older one is still home with me all day.

Thanks for all your replies.

So now it's between the valco with the seat or the buggy thing. How much do those buggy things cost?

I also don't have much space and the Valco doesn't fold easily or does it? I'm so nervous about it. Toddler will be close to 3 but every day I take her to school as there's no transportation. I walk ten minutes and if she walks alongside, it takes half an hour and if she's not strapped, she wants to walk.

We should only have such problems!!! LOL

Buggy boards run at around $80,00 depending on the model.
Don't forget that with 3 little ones, you won't be running all over town with them like shopping etc, it will be basically getting from point A to point B, and an almost 3 yr old can stand on a buggy board just fine.

abc buggy also has a 3rd seat option.

I have a double valco and bought the toddler seat for it because my oldest was just about to turn 3 when my 3rd was born. I love the stoller and it was hard to push with 3 kids in it but that because 3 kids is heavy.
