Marinated Salmon Recipe

4-6 slices salmon
1 cup sugar
1 large onion

Heat a little oil and sautee the onion with the sugar until it starts to turn brown. Add your fish.

1/4 cup vinegar
1/4 cup lemon juice
6 T sugar
1 tsp salt
4 bay leaves
3 1/2 cups water

Combine and add to pot. Let cook another 40 minutes. Serve cool
