LOW COST GREAT VACATION: Summer House Swap

I am looking to do a house swap from end of July through August 10, that is the same time frame as the Nine Days.
I live in Crown Heights, Brooklyn and want to swap within a 2-hour drive from here.
I am looking for a quiet suburban area. Must be near beach and pool and other low-cost activities. I would like a single-family home with a minimum of three bedrooms. Of course, it would need to be a kosher home.
I can offer you a single-family home, modern, well-decorated (at least I think so), with four bedroom and 2 bathrooms, private parking, and gorgeous deck.
This is a great situation for someone who lives far from Jews all year long and wants to have all the amenities of living in a Jewish Community. Or perhaps you're thinking of moving here and want to try it out.
