This is a verrrry long shot but I thought I would just ask, just in case. Does anyone out there have an appointment at the Jerusalem US consulate for a report of birth abroad/passport that they do not need? I am in need of one for my daughter big time.

| You are actually lucky even if you aren't lucky because until very recently the apptmts were backed up already till Nov. Now I dont know what they did but the apptmts are only backed up till July/Aug.
