aginy, there's a cleaning lady in monticello everyone uses (she uses helpers).

Kleins, that's a huge list!!! omg, I'd need a moving van if I had that huge list. I dont shlep dishes out, we use paper goods all summer. and I do the grocery/paper goods/detergents shopping up there, the less I shlep the better.

epipen X5? ! wow, how many allergic kids do you have?

I x realized I included that on the list that I posted but ill take more then that . we have 3 in our car. I leave 2 by the daycamp plus I need a few at home. its only 1 child but hes really bad
also I x wanna do my shopping up there cuz we get there thursday and I gotta unpack ...... and then my dh leaves sunday morn so I can only take care of stuff friday and I feel the first friday will be too hectic to go stand I lines for hourrrrrrrrs

this will be my fourth summer upstate...u gotta chill!!..I buy all my cleaning/laundry supplies at walmart..its even cheaper then the city and they dont run out!...I bring up basic cutlery..a good knife for dairy and meat...2 spoons and 2 forks from each..the rest I use plastic! bathroom set I use from year 2 year (bought at wamart my first summer)...towels I also bought at walmart and just leave em in the bunglow from yr. 2 yr...linen is also left there and so r blankets(a one time investment for many summers to come...iyh) as for kitchen applliencs I bought some cheap stuff at saverite and amazing savings (crockpot, hot water thingy, toaster oven..and other lil gadgets)...pots I have some there some I bring up..just neccisties. toys..ill prob. bring there train set only! I will but crayons and coloring books at walmart and I do have a sey of clics there already...but the kids dont play inside and ther not supposed to! bikes a must. and I do have my power wheels there already...so its basically clothing...an iron (which I should just buy one for there) a few kitchen stuff, my computer, bikes,and dats all...I have a decent priced grocery on grounds...it just deosnt pay to shlep!

chayitty I dont want to do all my shopping upstate! We iyh arrive on Friday and I need my stuff with me when I get there, not to wait for a Sunday shopping trip - adn those stores are not well stocked or already sold out on the first day... but yeah, my list isnt half as long as miss sunshine's.

the stores are very well stocked...the only thing u might have a prob. with is outdoor chairs, bikes, and maybe a grill...everything else they have
I do go up the sunday before to wash my linen. set up the beds, set up the bathroom, set up the kitchen, do my walmart shopping...it reallt all depends on what works for you best, my point though is dont think its as crazy as some people r making it

its NOT easy to shlep to a store the day after you arrived to theh country for major shopping. much easier to shop here before you go. I'm not going out there a week before!

how was it? how did it work?

It was $20 for the first portion $18 each addition. They have delicious food and very appetizing.
You call in the morning and you listen to the menu and then you order it and they deliver.
