The super fixed my sink- it took him 10 minutes. We give him $80 at New Year's.
Do I tip him? How much?
Thanks!

You want to tip him now and New Years? If now, how much would a plumber charge you and then give less, much less. After a few times our super does something then we give him something, not for every little thing. We give him meat, because that's my dh's business.

I think you should wait a few more times. If you tip him now then he will secretly break stuff in your house.

Keep in mind that supers usually put in used pieces when they replace something that broke. Either used, or not perfectly fitting - saves the landlord $ to use what they have.
I wish you no more problems with your sink. But be prepared that there might be.
Now, not all landlords or supers are created equal. Just speaking from my own experience.

I don't think you need to tip for that.
