Are you looking for a hot or cold salmon recipe?
For hot you can just pour over a bit of teriyaki sauce and a bit of water and bake at 350

I don't know which "lemon juice" recipe you are referring to.
So here is a diff one with lemon juice (or is it that you prefer no lemon juice at all?)
I put a bit of lemon juice on the salmon and rub it in.
lightly sprinkle onion powder, garlic powder, parseley flakes, basil.(basil is what makes it taste delicious!)
cook on 350
for one hour
I cover it.

get a jar of store bought pesto.
roast salmon uncovered for 15 minutes, with just a little olive oil salt and pepper.
shmear on pesto to cover the top, and then roast another 5 minutes.
(400 degrees.)
eat it at room temp.
(if you put the pesto on for the full 20 minutes it turns dark. this way it stays pretty.)

Here is the recipe I use. It combines the gefilte fish and salmon in one pot:

1 large onion chopped
2 carrots
2 cloves of garlic
1/2 cup sugar
2-3 basil leaves
salt and pepper and paprika to taste.

Add all ingredients to pot of water and boil.
Cook for 7-10 minutes
Add gefilte fish and cook for 45 minutes.
Add salmon (I use fillet baby salmon) and cook for another 45 minutes.
Let cool and then cool in the fridge (I keep it in the fridge from thursday night until friday) before removing the salmon from the pot to keep the salmon from falling apart.

I make pickled,
put in 9x13 pan,

1 onion sliced
3 cups water
1 cup vinegar
3/4 cup sugar
pickling spices, bay leaves (I usually put in coffee filter with a twist tie around it)

boil up, when bubbling add 6 slices of salmon, cook 5-10 minutes until fish turns pink.
cover and let cool, allow to marinate overnight before serving.

This recipe comes from AISH website. It's very easy to make and I always get compliments when I make it.

Salmon Glazed with Honey and Mustard

Garnish with dill, parsley or cilantro, if desired.

½ cup soy oil
¼ cup honey
¼ cup mustard, any kind
4 garlic cloves, minced
½ tsp. ground black pepper
½ tsp. salt
6 6- to 7-oz. salmon fillets
3 tbsps. chopped fresh dill
Whisk first 6 ingredients in a glass baking dish. Add the salmon and turn to coat. Cover and refrigerate 2 hours.

Preheat oven to 400°F. Lightly oil rimmed baking sheet. Transfer salmon, skin side down, to prepared sheet; reserve remaining marinade for a glaze. Sprinkle salmon with dill. Bake 8 minutes, then brush with reserved glaze. Continue baking until just opaque in the center, about 8 minutes longer.

Makes 6 servings.

I make this for Shabbos and I think it tastes great! Wink

Baste the salmon generously with oil seasoned with salt, black pepper and garlic powder, and bake, covered, at 425 for 15 min- 1/2 hour (until fish flakes easily with fork).

I serve individual slices of the salmon, cold, on a bed of lettuce and purple onions sliced thin, and then use a cut-off round bottom from a yellow pepper and fill it with dill sauce. (The pepper is like a small dish.)

Dill sauce recipe:
1/2 cup (pareve) sour cream
1/4 cup chopped dill
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 t. salt
1 t. pepper

I have a couple but the one I'll give you now I haven't tried. I have every intention of making it though because it sounds really good!

Spicy Hoisin Salmon:
1/4 C hoisin sauce
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tsp rice vinegar
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
4 pieces of salmon fillet
2 scallions, trimmed and thinly sliced

Heat oven to 450. Coat baking dish with cooking spray
In a small dish, stir together the hoisin sauce, vinegar, ginger and red pepper flakes. Place salmon in prepared dish and spread top of each flillet with half of the hoisin mixture.
Roast for 10 min
Spread remaining hoisin mixture over the salmon and top with the scallions.
Roast for another 5 min.

Another interesting but really good recipe:

Put equal amounts of pure maple syrup and soy sauce over salmon in a bag. Marinate over night.
Put salmon in a greased pan, sprinkle pepper over the salmon and broil until it looks done.

Mix spicy mustard with mayo & adds garlic powder and paprika. Put on top of the filet salmon slices, and bake in the George foreman for 12 minutes between two pieces of parchment paper. Can be served hot, cold, or room temperature. Keep covered in this marinade all week in the fridge, and bake as needed for supper.
