How Can K-9 filter all sites with bad language? or can't it?

I thought K-9 was doing a pretty good job until I saw this site on my computer with really vulgar language that DD got to. (http://www.downloads.nl/results/mp3/2/DAVID+CROSS) Awful!

What is the most reasonable and problem free way to filter bad language sites?

I don't think that language is caught by any filter if that that is the only problem (rare). Permanently block the offending site.
