It would look beautiful if you have a pretty face, which I'm sure you do.
I actually saw a woman in Bloomingdales wearing something similar today, and she looked really pretty.

I think it looks a bit Indian. All you need is a matching sari...

I would never wear it in the streets. as they themselves say, it is perfect for PURIM.
I know there are sephardic women who wear them, and on them, for some reason, it looks good..

It could be fashionably when worn well. Jean skirt, plain white shirt and that tichel in navy blue, brown, black or white. Nice big $2 earrings with it...
Just make sure that you wear the scarf, and not let the scarf wear you.

Oh I do like and in the jewel colors it would look great on me. Though I'd wear it indoors now, since I wear only sheitals when roaming outside .

I like it! I'm with Tefila - the jewel colors are great IMO. The tassels and coins, however, are a bit ethnic looking, I don't know how well they would go over where I live.

I think it looks really cool. I'd look exotic in it but I'd rather not where it. If I wore mitpachot (kerchiefs), I'd wear it.

I think it's beautiful... I would wear it in the house (since I don't wear scarves outside).

It's such an elegant version of a scarf.

They sell them here in Israel. In the Arab Quarter and the Bedouin Shuk alongside the belly dancing costumes.

They're sheer, so you'll have to wear a 'kippah snood' under it and if you look closely at the photo, you can see the model is wearing just that.

It's also made of 100% polyester or rayon which means it is very slippery and will not stay on unless worn over the cotton kippah snood or worn with half and dozen bobby pins.
