Sometimes the yogurt that I buy separates. a thin liquid forms on the top, I always am tempted to pour it out but then I think, what if its that liquid that contains all the calcium, etc, for the yogurt? I dont want to lose all the essential nutrients.
does anyone know anything about this?

I also spill it out.I think its just the water from the yougurt that rises to the top.
