I am going to my mother for Shabbos, and I would love to take something along... Something delicious... Maybe a good dessert, or a good cake... Please help me...

Peanute butter squares in KBD Entertains!
I've also been making the "ultimate choc. cake" from Kosher Pallette- it's really good, too.

I do not have the KBD cookbook in front of my, but I've been making this recipe for years (I think the recipe is similar to the one in the KBD)
peanut butter squares are an equal part of peanut butter, margarine, crusher graham crackers and confectioners sugar.
Melt the marg and peanut butter over double boiler, add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
Pour into a pan, allow to set (quickly in the fridge) zig zap melted chocolate over top and cut into squares or diamonds (or as I like to do, is pour them into mini muffin holders)
