Does anyone have a good recipe for a potato spinach roll in flaky dough?

not sure if you are still looking for one, but I just made a delicious one.
saute 2 onions. defrost a bag of frozen spinach (squeeze out all the water) and mix it with the onions.
take off the stove and add: 1/2 c. bread crumbs, 1 egg, 1/4 c. mayo, and salt/pepper/garlic poweder/ and bit of onion soup mix. roll and bake on 350 for 45 min. Enjoy!

I also made a Potato-Spinach Roll (about 2 weeks ago) and it came out really delicious.
Here's what I did:
Make a really good Mashed-potatoes (with lots of saute'd onions).
Then for the spinach filling. after making my kreplach, I had some of the ground beef filling left, so I added to that; frozen spinach and a can of mushrooms and cooked for a couple of minutes.
Unroll the puff-pastry (or Batzek alim) to a large rectangular shape.
Spread a strip of the potato filling, and right next to it a strip of the spinach-mushroom-beef filling.
then roll it up, and place seam-side down on a cookie-sheet.
Bake until nice and brown on top and bottom.
When you slice this knish, it's really pretty as it has the 2 diff. fillings.
and, it really delish!!
