I used one from enlightened cooking and it was great, anyone have it or a differet recipe they can share? TIA!

Here's what I did:

cooked lentils
egg (I basically pretend I'm making lentil meat loaf)
sauteed onion & garlic
black pepper
paprika
tomato paste
(rice or quinoa, optional)

stuff in peppers, bake till peppers are soft.
