I am looking for some numbers to gemachs or rental places In New York for sisters of the bride??
We need to go as soon as possible...we would be willing to buy gowns off a family as well ...doesnt have to be a store.

I dont know about other gemachs, but the ch gemach is not CHEAP, I dont consider it a gemach, it is a rental place. Also, the people who operate it are not very pleasant to deal with. (not only from my own experience. after my experience, talking to other people I was shocked to find out how many people agreed with me.)
Still, they do have nice stuff, so I wouldnt rule them out. But I certainly would not go there first.
