Wonton wrappers. What can I put inside?

There's an amazing recipe for chicken in wonton wrappers in KBD that I used to make...wish I could get them here.

saute cabbage and fish together with some soy sauce, ginger, pepper, garlic. Put it in the wonton, and fry it up. I serve that sometimes with my fish course on shabbos, its always a big hit.

I like them with sauteed onions and ground beef.

You can also make pizza eggs rolls by filling them with sauce and cheese.

Chopped mushroom & onion that was sautéed, add flavored bread crumbs and an egg. Don’t fry it, drop them into boiling water! Serve with soy dipping sauce.

onions, mushrooms,celery, cabbage, chicken or beef, soy sauce, spices

you can fry them alone to have the chinese chips and eat with duck sauce.

Mine is also chicken-based, can be either fried or boiled (I prefer the latter).
Mix 1lb chicken mince with 2-3 finely chopped salad onions (both white and green parts),
either a handful of fresh mushrooms (finely chopped) or 6-8 canned water chestnut
(coarsely chopped).
Season with 1tbsp soy sauce, ground pepper, grated fresh ginger (optional),
1teasp sesame oil (optional).
