I realise that the last time I baked challah I forgot to make the bracha. I bake for a few weeks in a row at a time, so I still have some of the challah in my freezer.
Does anyone know what I'm supposed to do know?

Proudmom is correct, although you may want to clarify the procedure exactly with a Rav.
I believe you simply gather all of the loaves together (under a cloth, for example) and take off a slice and say the Bracha.

And don't forget that you may not eat the challah until you've been mafrish.

I've had this & as far as I remember I was told to cut off a piece from each challah when I use them.
