hey I used to eat them in a sandwich with mayo and tomato all the time. its good! I never would wash them though. I got them in a box and they were clean. never even thought of it.... Confused

thats what im wondering about... they come in a box and look clean. I put them in vegetable salad, and its really good. I rinse them through but I dont think you are supposed to.

I'm not sure about the bug status - I do know that if you wash them, they go bad really quickly. They are delicious on sandwiches and in salads though.

they are delicious but with the ecoli scare 4 ys ago I stopped buying them. part of the problem was that its impossible to wash them properly. they said then that preg. women especially and young kids should not eat them. I sorta just stopped, and never looked into it again to see if this issue is done with.

I don't know if you'll like my answer but he said the same reason you don't check an apple. basically they are not around bugs like lettuce and brocolli and coliflower. why don't you call the cor or whatever is near you?
