Hi, I want to make breaded cauliflower for shabbos but bake it instead of fry it. Do you think this would come out good- or will it get too soggy?

please advise
thanks

I always bake my cauliflower, at 400-425 for around 25 minutes ( but every oven is diff. so u might need more/less time.) I dip it into mayo/mustard mixture and then bread crumbs. comes out yum!

I would dip it in a mayo/honey mustard mix, and then toss it in a ziploc bag with bread crumbs or shake n' bake crumbs and then bake.

I cover it with a mixture of oil, paprika, salt, pepper, and french fry seasoning. the last 15 minutes, I sprinkle corn flake crumbs and bake till crispy. for Shabbos, I'd leave it in the oven so it doesn't get mushy on the blech.
