hard boiled. but I don't eat the yolks. I love chopping up the egg whites and putting them in salads, or eating them plain with salt.

Poached. But I look like a slobbering mess when I eat them. There's just something about the messiness that appeals to me. I break two eggs into boiling water (actually first into a cup to check) and let it cook for about a half minute till the yolks look sorta whitish. Then I get to dip my bread into the gooey mess and eat it all up like the pig that I am. (Strictly for solitary meals) Twisted Evil
