I drink italoian coffee with 3 tsp sugar... embarrassed

but even better I like it no water and warm up the milk , 2 splendas and lots of coffee

If I do have a cup it would be black. But I haven't had any in like 6+ years.

Two heaped tea spoons of GOOD coffee, an inch of semi skimmed milk, shaken but not stirred, actually in this case, stirred bit not shaken, then hot water poured while stirring constantly....NO SUGAR....
