Carrot kugel recipe that uses baby food

I want to make a recipe from "quick and kosher"-- its the carrot kugel recipe that uses baby food carrots and shredded carrots. I tried to get it from the library today, but its out!
If you can post that recipe, I'd appreciate it. thank you!han

1/2 (10 oz) package of shredded carrots
1 (4oz) jar carrot baby food
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 cup flour
2 eggs
1 teaspoon lemon juice
3/4 cup canola oil
2 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon salt

preheat oven to 350
line muffin tins with paper holders
In a large bowl, place all ingredients and mix well to combine
Spoon mixture evenly into cupcake holders and bake for 20-25 minutes
Allow to cool slightly and serve warm or at room temperature

thank you bbmom! I even went to the library today, as to not trouble anyone on imamother....the library was out of all 5 copies of the book!!
