Misplaced my recipe--does anyone here make the heimishe hazelnut/chocolate freezer cake recipe? I just need the recipe for the chocolate part, not the hazelnut part. Googled it, & Tamar Ansh has a recipe that sounds like mine, but it calls for chocolate and I need one that uses cocoa.

3 tablespoons of cocoa + 1 tablespoon oil = 1 oz unsweetened chocolate

no problemo - it says so right on the hershey's cocoa ... and I don't like to melt chocolate on pesach - this is way easier ... Mr. Green

I think this is the same thing.
The one online from Tamar uses nuts and the one my cousin made doesn't. This one seems more like the one I had.
