I am thinking about going with my hubby on a business trip to L.A we would stay in the Pico area. While my husband was at work I would need something to do to entertain my 20 month old son, that is accessable by bus or taxi. We were there when he was 5 months old, and I was able to walk to Rodeo Drive and things like that, but I will be about 8 months preg. at that time so thats not really feasable.

Any ideas would be appreciated.

Check out the LA Zoo!! It's great and in the summer they have professional sand castle builder come! 8) My husband took me there for our one year last june. You can also take the train to the San Deigo Zoo. The LaBrea Tar pits are cool. There is also an automobile museum.
