Up until now I haven't taught the level of classical music, but one of my students has advanced and I think she is ready to start. What's a good beginner book?

Something like "First Lessons in Bach"?
Or "Music By The Masters?"
What exactly do you mean by "approaching the level of classical music?" I'm a little confused because I start teaching classical music right away.
Are you using a particular book to teach your students now? Many of the series books incorporate classical music pieces into them--I remember playing a Beethoven's Turkish March and Schubert's Unfinished Symphony at one of my first recitals as a kid--the weren't obviously the versions as written or anything--they were the basic themes, etc. and were straight from whatever book I was using--Alfred's piano series or whatever....
