Pour yourself a nice glass of cold water with a few ice cubes in it. It should help a bit. Maybe take a nap and shower too. feel good!

funny, I smelled a neighbor's bbq and I'm in such a fleshig mood. hot dogs, hamburgers, and bbq chicken. Problem is I don't have any fleshigs around. 
but I commesurate with you on the ice cream. days like this usually make me want milchig. Too bad I have a few more days before I can try out dairy again.

How long do you wait? We wait 6 hrs. but I've never heard of waiting a few days just from smelling a BBQ! That must have been some BBQ!!!

take 1 cup milk. mix in 1/8 cup+ sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla
pour into a ziplock bag
get another ziplock bag put in the first bag of milk
add ice cubes and salt.
then shake shake shake it up baby!!!
after 10 minutes you will have ice cream.
and you will have destressed and frozen your hands...
but its ice cream!
